Problemas al iniciar servicio DHCP Client

Para resolver problemas al inicial el servicio DHCP Client o al recibir el mensaje de error:
“The DHCP Client service terminated with the following error: Access is denied.”
“Windows 2003 could not start dhcp service access is denied”
Debe verificar que el servicio DHCP Client se ejecuta con el usuario “NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService”
Y debe verificar en el regedit que el usuario Network Service tenga permisos de acceso total en las claves:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dhcp
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dhcp\Parameters
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
